Nigeria has recorded four new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 139.
Announcing this on Tuesday, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said three of the cases were from the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja while one was from Lagos.
It said: “As at 08:00 pm on March 31, there are 139 confirmed cases of COVID19 reported in Nigeria. Nine have been discharged with two deaths.”
With the latest development, Lagos has recorded 82 cases, FCT 28, Oyo eight, Osun five, Ogun four, Kaduna three, Edo, Enugu and Bauchi have two each, while Ekiti, Rivers and Benue have one each.
