The Nigerian Center for Disease Control, NCDC has confirmed an increase in the number of Coronavirus, COVID-19 cases in Nigeria.
In its latest update, the NCDC said that additional 12 cases of the deadly COVID-19 has been recorded.
According to the center in its official Twitter page, 12 of the cases were confirmed in Osun, two case in Edo, while 1 case was confirmed in Ekiti. The latest increase brings the total number of confirmed cases so far to 151.
“As at 12:30pm, 1st April, there are 151 confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in Nigeria. Nine have been discharged with 2 death” the center said.
Currently; Lagos has 82 cases, FCT- 28 Osun- 14 Oyo- 8 Ogun- 4 Edo- 4 Kaduna- 3 Enugu- 2 Bauchi- 2 Ekiti- 2 Rivers-1 Benue- 1.
