Re-thinking and Revaluing Education System
The standard of education in many Africa countries has been decreasing. Hence, many parents and students seek foreign institutions to pursue their education away from African countries. More so, primary, secondary, colleges and higher education institutions faces many challenges, including rapid increase in the number of students, higher enrolment, brain drain, low course quality, excessive labour strike actions, difficulties in governance structures and financial constraints. Our several educational projects focus on applying multiple methodologies and multi-level analysis of “reengineering” and “leading change in complexity” to evaluate and reconceptualise the process, the context and the Pedagogical Content Knowledge. The aim is to enable the development of deep connections between knowledge exchange, knowledge transfer, inclusive education, best practices in vocational education, employability skills, informal training and entrepreneurial learning.
