He co-founded Institute of Applied Research and Technology Development which aims at using research outputs to solve Nigerian and African Socio-economic problems; The Statement Consulting, which uses innovative research output and practical experience to help Entrepreneurs, SMEs, Start-ups and established organizations to profit from their businesses. He also a co-founder, Kulamo Service Marketplace, a web and mobile based application that allows individuals to provide instant services to the community and the world; Statement Hotels, which focuses on hospitality and leisure; and Startuplist Africa, a data-driven platform that provides information and insight into the African Startup Ecosystem.

He is also a lecturer in Department of Economics, Faculty of Social Sciences in Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He received B.Eng from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Nigeria, MBA from Coventry University, MRes in Business Economics from Sheffield Hallam University and a PhD in Strategic Management & International Business from Sheffield Hallam University, UK. His research interests are in the areas of Firm Internationalisation and International Entrepreneurship, Digital platform and Data science, Business modelling and Business model innovation. Using primarily qualitative methods and mixed methods, he is particularly interested in how Entrepreneurs establish Digital firms that seek early international markets from inception and how firms innovate their business model.
